  • Temporary residence for 1 year or more in Binh Dinh
  • Housing problems
  • No housing in Binh Dinh.
  • Not yet purchased/rented/hired to purchase social housing in Binh Dinh.
  • Not allowed to buy state-owned housing in Binh Dinh.
  • Not yet received any form of social housing support policy in Binh Dinh.
  • Having a house but it is dilapidated or the average area per person in the household is less than 10m2 of floor space/person.

Income requirements

  • Not required to pay regular income tax according to the provisions of the law on personal income tax (Subjects specified in Clauses 3, 4 and 5, Article 3 of Decision No. 16/2019/QD-UBND dated April 5, 2019 of Binh Dinh People's Committee)
